Need more formula before a scheduled delivery? Adjust your date or skip one if you’re fully stocked! You’ll get an email 1 week before delivery so you can prepare accordingly.

Yes, you can. Log in to your account online and choose from a range of options when you manage your subscriptions. You have the option to cancel or change your subscription up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. You can also contact 1-888-308-4239 for subscription cancellation requests.
Absolutely. Your subscription schedule is flexible and can be updated up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. You have the option to skip a delivery when you manage your subscriptions online. If you need more formula before your next scheduled shipment, you can arrange that too.

You have plenty of flexibility with our range of automated scheduling options from a few weeks to bi-monthly. It's really up to you and your baby's feeding needs. Important note: Your chosen delivery schedule is when your subscription order will process and ship, not when your order will be received. Please plan accordingly.
Subscriptions do not have an automatic end date. We want you to be in complete control of your subscription because you know your baby's feeding needs better than anyone. When it's time to end the subscription, log in to your account and cancel within 24 hours of your next scheduled shipment.

The price of your first subscription order will be confirmed when you enroll, and you’ll be charged once your subscription ships.

The amount of each subscription may vary. After your first order, we'll confirm the price of your subscription items plus any sales tax via email about 10 days before it's scheduled to ship. You’ll be charged for your subscription once the items ship.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal®, Shop Pay and Google Pay. A valid form of payment will be required at the time of the order and a $0.01 charge will be applied to your account. Your chosen form of payment will be used on subsequent subscription orders. You may update your payment information online up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
We'll keep you updated on the status of your subscription through email. You'll receive notification and a confirmation number as soon your order has shipped.

Subscriptions are processed in such a way that limits our ability to offer multiple discounts when you check out.
