Orders placed on Enfamil.ca or through our Enfamil Resource Center can only be shipped within the Canadian provinces.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of company holidays.

All orders over $100* qualify for free Standard Ground shipping and will arrive within 4-7 business days. *Offer valid after all discounts have been applied.
Orders 250 lb and over are subject to ship by an LTL carrier and could require a little longer transit time.
Shipping can be upgraded to Expedited when the order is placed, and the shipping cost is paid for by the customer. The charge for this option is dependent upon the weight of the entire order.
These orders are expected to arrive within 2-4 business days. This shipping option can only be applied at the time of order.
Orders placed through our website or with our Enfamil® Resource Center do not require a signature, but the request to require a signature can be added by calling us at 1-888-308-4329. Our hours are: Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.

Please have your order number ready when you call.
- Orders must be returned within 30 days of the initial ship date.
- Returns will only be accepted for full and unopened packages
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Once orders are placed they may not be able to be cancelled before shipping since we are working to meet our delivery times.
